Sadly it doesn't exist a photo editing software or a digital camera avanced enough to become a person talented to make photos. So, probably, I never could be as good as Eugenio Recuenco is. How to explain it... Art, sensitivity, textures... Or how an image can transmit all kind of heart-rending feelings.

Conocí el trabajo de Eugenio Recuenco gracias a una amiga muy especial. Me llamó mucho la atención y desde entonces he procurado seguir un poco lo que hacía. Pensé que sería estupendo regalarle a mi amiga por su cumpleaños alguna publicación suya, pero en aquel momento sólo pude conseguir en ebay un calendario que había hecho en 2007 para Lavazza.

I've never heard about Eugenio Recuenco until a friend showed his work to me years ago. It called my attention and since then I've tried to follow what he was doing. I thought that it would be great to give to my friend as a present for her birthday any publication of him, but I only could get on ebay a calendar that he did in 2007 for Lavazza.
Ahora ha recopilado algunas de sus fotos en un libro, y estoy segura de que valdrá mucho la pena. Lo podéis encontrar aquí.
Además de introducirme en el mundo fotográfico de Eugenio Recuenco, mi amiga me enseñó que, como en las fotos, en la vida tienes que aprovechar cada instante para disparar, o perderás muchas imágenes maravillosas buscando la toma perfecta. Por eso, y por muchas cosas más le deseo un día, un año y una vida llena de imágenes bonitas (aunque estén desenfocadas).

My friend showed me the Eugenio Recuenco's photographic world, but she did a lot more. She showed me that, like in photos, in life you must take advantage of each shoot, or you'll lost a lot of wonderful pictures looking for the perfect one. Because of that, I wish her a day, a year and a life full of beautiful images (even if they are out of focus).

Siempre encuentro algo especial en las propuestas de Phoebe Philo para Chloé, pero su Colección Crucero para esta primavera me trasladó de vuelta a los 70. Vamos, que si yo me fuera de crucero, y si no también... Pero si pudiera... me compraría sin duda sus pantalones anchos de todos los colores porque me parecen marabillosos.

I always find something special in Phoebe Philo designs for Chloé, but her 2014 Cruise Collection took me back to the seventies. If I were in a cruise, and if I weren't too... But if I could... I would buy no doubt all her wide pants in all their coulours because they are amazing.
